HORRIBLE COUCH

“I would stray far from this couch, and maybe Ashley in general. We bought this couch early 2024. We voiced our concerns to the salesman about pilling, wrinkling, etc. He responded that so and so has had the couch for over a year and has had no issues. We received the couch, smooth deliver (the only good part here) and within 2 weeks, the fabric was wrinkled and pilled. We returned to the store about a month in and got a replacement under the warranty we bought, however we were notified that pilling is not typically covered and wouldn't be again. We were told it was, one of the only reasons we bought the warranty. A year and some change later, the couch looks horrible. It looks like a 10 year old couch with the wear on it. I highly regret this purchase and will not buy another couch form Ashley again. We were misled for a sale and that $3,000+ that was spent is wasted. Don't waste your time or money, go to Costco where they have good prices and will stand behind their product.”

Love after a year

“I’ve had this couch for a year and no complaints! The couch is extremely comfortable. I purchased the natural color (lighter of the 2). Haven’t had any issues with staining. One thing I can say to help maintain the integrity of the couch is that I do fluff it once anyone has been sitting for long periods of time. It takes seconds to do and has really helped with keeping the shape.”

Awful

“I’ve had this sectional since March 2024. It looks like I’ve had it for years. The cushions have not held up well. The corner cushions constantly need to be rotated because they sink in if you don’t sit on it directly in the middle of the cushion. I’ve tried cleaning the cushions multiple times but can not get them clean. You can’t remove the cushions because it’s all loose fabric but they marketed it like it was super easy to wash because the zipper on the cushion to remove fabric. Super disappointing because we saved for so long for this couch.”

“I wish i listened to the reviews i bought this sectional exactly 7 months ago and just like the other reviews its completely awful. it looks like a 10 year old sofa its completely sunken in and extremely uncomfortable our backs hurt so much. please stay away DO NOT PURCHASE this I'm praying they do the right thing and take it back or i will file a claim with BBB.”

Poor Fabric Quality

“We purchased this couch less than a year ago and it was beautiful when it arrived but now the couch looks like we have had it for 5 years . The fabric pills very easily making the couch look very worn. Also, one of the boards on the corner piece is bent. This is a very comfortable couch but very disappointed in the fabric quality!”

“Terrible couch. Have had it less than a year and it looks like we’ve had it 10. Back cushions are filled with loose stuffing, so you can’t easily strip and wash. Zipper broken on one of the seat cushions. Will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. This expensive couch should be better made for the price. Ridiculous.”

Bad Quality- Terrible Fabric

“I really never do reviews…. But on one of the biggest purchases in my home, I thought I would try to save others from making the same mistake. Completely Agree with the other reviews.. and the ones that are good is because the couches were reviewed right away upon receiving the couch. We searched for a long time for a couch that would fit in our new home and for a fabric that we thought was beautiful. Our couch is 7 months old, and it looks so old. The material immediately started peeling and hairlike fibers all over the place, completely stain prone, and the cushions are broken in completely. It’s important to note… this is just from humans sitting on the couch, not pets. Im sick that I spent over $3,500 with taxes on this couch to just have to get a new one again soon. I promise you- as pretty as it is in the store or online… go with something else. You will be disappointed.”
