Very disappointed and frustrated with Ashley.

“Very frustrated with Ashley Furniture and their poor quality and customer service. We had significant issues with this table. We went through 3 table tops due to each one arriving damaged. We were told they have a three strike policy that if the third one wasn’t good, we either had to return it or take a discount. Even though the damage was not our fault. Plus several chairs damaged. Never got all the chairs replaced as customer service was a headache and very frustrating. The sales person told me “white glove delivery” but it’s far from it. The chair top is cracking and the legs are chipped. The salesman told me in the store that manufacturing was aware of the cracking issue but it had been repaired and the new sets were being delivered but the floor models were not updated. I tried calling to make claims but customer service claimed that she could not find my order and refused to transfer me to a manager. I hung up to call back only to find that their business hours had ended. Clearly the lady didn’t care to service me and wanted to end her day. Horrible quality, save your money and go elsewhere.”
