Terrible customer service!!

“We purchased this set with 6 chairs and the server. Simple process in the store. Beware of everything that Followed. Tabletop was damaged on delivery, it had been dropped on the edge and had 2 different stains on it. Delivery guys said no worries the will send photos of damage to cust. service. Never happened, they get charged for damages! Called cust. service, could not understand her English. Drove to the store they called cust. service. we were told they would send a technician out to make needed repairs, if not satisfactory they would replace the top.
We waited all day they never showed up, called and they said sorry, do you need another appointment. They did show up for the next appointment, the guy comes to the door and tells us he's from (Bobs Furniture) corrects himself &said Ashley. He told us he's a subcontractor & works for both. Ashley doesn't even have a company person that takes care of their customers.
The guy comes in looks at our dining set and said, this is the 3rd time in a week he has had calls on this model. He said we will need a new top after looking at it, went outside to make a phone call. When he returned he sanded on the spot that it had been dropped on, smeared a little stain on it, smeared more stain on another stain & told us nothing can be done on the stain on top of the table. Again he told us we need s new top. He had us sign his blank tablet that he had been here. He said he was going to tell them the top needed replaced, we said ok
We waited 2 days, heard nothing. We called cust. service, we were told technician said repair was COMPLETED. (The tech does not get paid unless satisfactory repair was made) I told cust service to either bring a new top out or come get this out of our home.
Cust. service said we had to wait 30 days to file another claim, and they would send tech out again. I said absolutely not, come get it.
We wound disputing this with our credit card.. Buyer Beware!!”
