Poor Quality and Assembly

“Pathetic quality, and even worse customer service. We filed a claim just a month after buying this set, and they rejected it without telling us. It was only after i left a few calls and emails (over 3 weeks) did I hear back that it was denied. Nothing was communicated in writing. I had bought warranty as well, which they denied.
Chairs were wobbly from use within a few weeks. We turned them over to find a few cracks and screws coming loose. Retightened but they came loose after use again. Bench was the same, wobbles if you sit on it and adjust sitting position.
I shared both pictures and videos. First they don't respond to them, and when they do, their reps are always irritated or pushing back on how its customers fault that the parts are. Their assembly team did a poor job and I spent thousands for nothing.”

“Beautiful table. It is the first thing one sees as you enter our home. It makes our dining room pretty and welcoming. The table is sturdy and the chairs are comfortable. We are careful with it. Love it!”

Beautiful dining table set, but they are flimsy and don't seem very sturdy.

“I purchased this table set and while the table still looks great, the chairs have been a huge disappointment. The legs of the chairs get loose every week, and two of the chair legs have broken and other two are about to break as well. When I bought the set, I also purchased the protection plan. I filed a claim, providing pictures and all the necessary information, but they informed me that the broken legs were not covered. I am not only frustrated with the poor quality of the chairs but also with the protection plan, which didn’t live up to expectations. I would not recommend this set to anyone. Be cautious when considering the protection plan.”

Chairs came crooked

“The table itself is great, it's sturdy and has a nice finish.
3 of the 6 chairs came crooked. The factory installation of seats on the frame was far off balance.
Chairs assembly is very hard and time consuming. Took about 3 hours to install 6 chairs.
The table is super heavy and you need 2 strong people to assemble and move the table.
Costumer service is hard to reach, they transfer you to your local stores and Goodluck if anyone answer your call in those stores.”

“Have no idea if this table is nice or not. My delivery dates keep getting cancelled. First confirmed delivery for Dec 6th and never showed up. Second delivery confirmation was for Dec 11th, then received an email stating my delivery was pushed to the 22nd. Customer service was unable to tell me what was going on. Completely ridiculous. Same your time, money, and effort and shop at living spaces.”
