“After reading the reviews below, we have experienced all of the same issues, and have only had the set for 20 months, not even 2 years. Very disappointing. I was reluctant to purchase Ashley, and the issues with this set solidify my feeling. Unfortunately, we are stuck.”

So disappointed

“At first this set looks nice. But less than two years the finish is coming off the table top and two chairs had a leg break at the same spot. I contacted the warranty company and they told me the broken legs were not covered. Really???? And since I didn't notify them within 30 days of the table top finish coming off they would not honor the warranty.
Looks are deceiving - don't buy this set”

Beautiful BUT Scratches Up Easily

“I purchased the Bedroom set that goes with this table and my sister purchased the table and chairs. Her table has worn off brown (paint?) on top and my nightstand has worn off brown as well. Very disappointing because since day one of getting this I have taken care and precaution to keep this from happening. I've always had a coaster with cork on the back and then I put a soft kleenex under that. Furniture should not be that delicate. It's absolutely beautiful!”

“Dining set is OK. Chair legs are really crappy. Had to have two legs replaced because they broke in half. One leg was actually broken and glued together with wood glue.”

“I bought this dinning room set in December 2024, didn’t get until February 2025 and one chairs was uneven, I contacted their customer service department and they said they would send out a new part. I didn’t get the part until April. They have been trying to set an appointment, but today May 17, 2025 was the day that a technician was supposed to come out and take care of my chair. I’m tired of waiting this to be done. I will never buy anything from Ashley’s Furniture Store again and I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy.”

“I’m just sick! Sat as a family for dinner and I use perfection on my table place mats and cork heat pads went to just wipe down to clean with just cool water and stain in 3 spots whipped away and how do I fix this? My new table is ruined!”

“I’ve had this set for 8 months and one of the legs broke at its base. The wood was clearly cracked when crafted. Absolutely no help from local store. It’s one week before Thanksgiving. Stay away from Ashley Furniture.”
