Love my set

“I had mine for going on 3 years now. I have zero complaints.
If you want your nice things to last, TAKE CARE OF IT!
When I got my table and chairs I immediately ordered a protective cover for the top, it have kids and knew they would screw it up, the cover fits perfectly and doesn’t slide, just makes the table look shiny.
With kids and dogs, I got the seat covers for the chair cushions too.
No it’s not ideal but kids and dogs made me but it. I like tj keep my things nice.”

“Beautiful table; exactly what I was looking for. It looks just the the photo. I did visit a store to see it in person and sit down at it. It’s the perfect height and the seats are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this set.”

See and sit in person before purchasing!

“I have this table in Bisque. It’s made very well. Unfortunately I made a bad decision of purchasing on line from a picture in the store not seeing it in person. I was not able to sit at it so I was unaware of how low the chairs are for this table. When seating the table is at my chest. Also, the chairs 4 out of the 6 have several pills in the fabric. I would recommend seeing and sitting at in before purchasing.”

A sm scratch on the chair appeared reddish so I used a dark wood paint pin. 2 years and going strong!”

Tabletop finish chips immediately

“Tabletop started chipping within days of having it. We initially thought the table would be sturdy and withstanding however the chipping has now taken over the entire tabletop. We have to use a tablecloth to cover what we thought was a beautiful piece of furniture. Extremely disappointed, do not buy”

“I was so disappointed when I noticed the top veneer chipping off easily, not even 6 months. I got in contact with costumer service and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I do not recommend purchasing this set.”

“I love the look of this dining set however the coating over the wood is peeling already. My heart literally dropped seeing a spot on my new table. I am so disappointed I’ve only had my set for about a month. If I’d known the finish peeled off I would’ve never bought it.”

“Worst piece of furniture I've ever purchased, less than a year ago. The engineered wood is splitting on the chairs, it actually hurts when you get up out of the chair with another splinter. Repair came out to replace the back on one chair and suggested for other minor splits we use a black sharpie. I was thinking something must be defective on the set I purchased but they sent a new chair and it already has several splits. Can't use a black sharpie on the table top as it is not black. Cushions are already worn as well.”

Veneer chips and flakes off table and chairs

“If I wrote this review immediately after I got the set I would have given it 5 stars. However, I have had the set just over 1 1/2 years. Since then any little thing that comes across the table or chairs will chip or flake off the very thin and apparently delicate varnish that is applied to the surface of the wood. If the wood splinters off the chair a bit you will be left with a long streak of white wood. My table and chairs are now covered in little spots and streaks of raw wood. It is very disappointing since this is a gorgeous set and looks beautiful in my home.”

“We just got this set delivered with the bench also, and we absolutely love it! So well made and comfortable. We picked this set because we wanted the drawers. So nice to store stuff in😍 Also I love the shelves underneath and the wine rack as it turns out.. the bottles fit all the way in. This was my birthday present and I couldn’t be more happy.
Our salesman was Chris and he was the best!
