“This table chips on the top very quickly, and I paid for the warranty, but it has never been honored
They’ll tell you just to call the warranty company that they’re very good, I’ve never gotten an email or correspondence back from the #Warranty company at all. Do not buy this table.”

“What a beautiful and versatile dining room set! Love the chairs/bench combo! The 3 drawers on the long sides are practical and useful. The delivery team operated with verve and enthusiasm, making the whole experience pleasant. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s simply beautiful in person.”

“I'm super disappointed in this set. My experience is the same as the other reviews. The top paint chips off so easily and it looks awful now. We have had it for years but the chips started immediately. It is a sturdy piece and love the drawers but after the first chip it's all downhill from there. I find myself holding onto it because of how much we spent but I hate it everyday.”

Great universal table just the staying and surfacing is a bit too rough and ready and not easily cleanable.

“The surface stain is easily removed or chipped off so be careful. I spilled room sent liquid on it and it removed the stain and varnish and left a spot that I had to try to cover with touch up pens.”

Pretty set but not wearing well

“I love this set but having the same experience others have, the top is starting to wear away and chips extremely easily. I’ve only had the set for 5 months and we are not overly using it so i am really disappointed.”

“I'd leave 0 if I could. It started with a broken chair which the company did take care of. But the bench is also starting to crack and the table top is losing all its finish. It doesn't clean up well and is only 9 months old. Looks pretty but isn't worth it.”

“We loved this table but after only a few months the paintwork color is coming off the top of the table. I don’t use any chemical cleaners and wash it down with warm water and a cloth each day (several times....as it’s our main family dining table) disappointed that this is happening after only 8 months.”

“We bought this table and 6 chairs in October and the laminate on the table top is chipping and peeling already. We use placemats and I only wipe the table with a damp rang to clean, there is no reason this should be happening and even though it is under warranty they refuse to repair or replace. I've been a longtime customer of Ashley but I will not be buying anything more from them if this is the quality I can expect.”

Table surface chips

“We have had this table for several years and even purchased a warranty, which was no good. The surface of this table has chipped off since day one and can’t be adequately repaired because there’s no pen or furniture marker that matches this color. Just beware if you buy this table, the top wheel chip off. The warranty was misrepresented to us and only cover the fabric on the chairs according to Ashley.”
