“This is a very poorly constructed table. It appears as though the top layer is ply-wood. It dents and scrapes very easily. My daughter actually got a piece of the plywood in her finger as she was cleaning the table and had to have one surgical procedure and an additional surgery to remove it and the massive infection it caused. I do not recommend this table. Although it is beautiful and a good price, consider something else with better construction.”

Table top lacking glossing finish like showroom sample

“I purchased this set a month ago and like it but thought something was “off” from what I saw in the store. Recently revisited the store again and relooked at the same showroom set again…. Which has much more glossy finish on it and brought out the wood colors much more. Mine has only one small spot at the end of the table that has a thick glossy coat of varnish finish, the rest is prettier raw feeling when you touch your hand across the finish. Didn’t notice it earlier as we had just moved n the light still doesn’t work in that room. Have the warranty… not sure how it applies here…. Will be asking…”

“I’ve had this set for 3 months and love it! No issues and came on time. It was easy to assemble the chairs and bench by myself (25, female). The guys that assembled the table were nice and quick. They even complemented me on doing the chairs myself lol they said most people’s turn out wobbly. Some chairs did I just readjusted them lol. Would recommend!”

Faulty Cosmetics

“Do not purchase unless you are ready to make cosmetic fixes yourself.
We waited 6 weeks for this to be delivered, and within 4 weeks, of having it, the end pieces of the table have started to peel up on both sides. We are completely shocked, as we had sat at it maybe three times in our climate controlled home and customer service said it was "outside of the 72 hour delivery window", so they couldn't help. This was incredibly disappointing to us, and we are second guessing our usage of the company again. I do not suggest this unless you're ready to make fixes yourself.”
