“Overall experience with Ashley Furniture was been atrocious. We have been in contact about this particular table for two months now going back and forth with customer service because we received not just one but two tables that had manufacturing errors, scratches, and dents. Each time we have had to contact Ashley’s, they have given zero solutions besides a replacement but at this point I do not want a replacement due to already having a replacement that was even more damaged then my first but also due to their unprofessionalism and not equipped tables. I do not recommend buying from here especially if you end up receiving a table that is damaged or has a manufacturer error even though it is literally covered with insurance . And for this particular table be aware that there are dashes in the wood that is not displayed on the pictures or in person that then they continuously tried to claimed were part of the “design” and then switched it up and said it was a manufactured error. Also they cannot guarantee that it won’t happen again even if it’s a manufacturer error. Save your time and just don’t buy!”

“Purchased one of these. First one arrived on a beat up box. Packaging was insufficient. Parts were damaged. A second table was shipped. It took had damaged pieces, but we decided to live with them. Then, when we went to expand the table, the leaf did not fit. The clamps were incorrectly installed and tabs were misaligned. Would not recommend this table set.”

Table Stains Permanently When Touched

“My grand daughter sat and ate at the table the 1st day it was delivered. She touched the table with her greasy fingers. I took a damp rag and tried to clean the marks, they made a big shiny circle on the table that won't go away. The technician came out and told me to only wash the table with a dry microfiber cloth. I told him I have never purchased a kitchen table that my family was not able to eat at. It does not matter what you touch it with it leaves a greasy impression that won't come off. I would not recommend this table to anyone who has grandchildren, small children, or has family dinners. The table will be ruined in 1day. This was my 1st time purchasing from Ashley and will most likely be my last. They did send a tech out but he was little to no help.”
