Very disappointing customer service experience

“I received this item on Dec 27. One chair arrived broken. I was told they would receive a replacement part in 7-10days and then I would need to schedule a technician to fix the chair. This was disappointing as I needed all the chairs to host family gatherings. The part did not arrive in 7-10 days. I was told it was in back order and would arrive by end of January. It is now end of January and they are saying the part will ship by Mid-February. In which case I will receive the part by end of February and still need to schedule a technician. Customer service has refused my plea to just replace the chair with a new one. I’ve had a broken chair sitting in my house for over a month now. Very disappointing customer service”

“I love everything about this table! It’s very nice in-person! The only thing that some people might not like or might be concerned with, is that it has like deep cuts in certain areas of the table but I’m not picky. I still love the look!”
