Nice design; horrible build / quality!

“The quality control of this furniture is poor. All the chairs delivered had issues with the leg lengths being uneven. The provided solution (a loose screw cap to adjust to make them level) is very poor, and cheap, and noisy on a hardwood floor. The chairs were not assembled correctly and holes were not driled to the right tolerance/location. I had to fix these myself, and thankfully I was able to get the legs even. The delivery people didn't bother to check/adjust for me.
Also, we purchased the server cabinet ($800!) and unbelieveably, this also has uneven legs and wobbles on a hardwood floor! We sent in a video/photos and are still waiting for a reply/technician to come and do a repair or authorize a replacement as this is harder to fix (why should I have to fix any of my brand new furniture?!). Honestly, for the money these cost, at least build solid furniture that is of acceptable quality! And fire your QC department. The "QC Passed" stickers on the base of the chairs was a joke!”
