“I recently purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture, and while the quality of the furniture itself is impressive, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
First off, this set was not cheap it cost me over $2,000 so I expected a much smoother process. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing from the start. The delivery date kept changing with little to no communication. What was supposed to be a straightforward delivery ended up being delayed multiple times.
When the furniture finally arrived, one of the nightstands was missing a screw. I had to make a separate trip to Home Depot just to buy a replacement screw myself. On top of that, the bed came with the wrong size frame stand, which delayed assembly even further. In the end, it took almost a full month before everything was fully put together.
While I do recommend the bed set itself because it’s well-made and looks great, I do not recommend ordering directly from Ashley Furniture. The customer service, delivery, and handling were a major headache especially for such an expensive purchase.”
