Broken items won’t fix/replace

“I wouldn’t buy anything from Ashley furniture. We had nothing but problems. First was told everything was in stock except bed rails and it will be in on 9/12. 9/13 cake and went and never heard anything. Called 9/23 and was told we were waiting on the bed rails and it would be in on 9/24. Called on 9/26 and they said we were waiting on the dresser? And it would be in on 9/30. Finally went and picked it up and the headboard was broken. They said they will not fix it because we picked it up. The warehouse guy never said he could open the boxes and help us unpack and repack it. The customer service agents were rude and disrespectful.”
