“Love the look of the bed but very poorly made. The screws fall out and the slats come apart very easily, causing the bed to fall apart. Had to fix several times but it has fallen apart several times.”

Disappointed and a Safety Concern

“I loved the look of this bed and we purchased in April of 2024. In June of 2025 I was feeding my infant son on the bed and the middle support snapped and the middle legs gave out. For reference I am 140 pounds and my son is 12 pounds. I am very disappointed as this was not only frustrating but was dangerous for my infant son. Ashley suggested I buy the replacement parts then hire a separate company to assemble. Very disappointing all around.”

“We ordered this bedroom set and were told it would be delivered when we moved into our new house. Although the dresser and nightstands were delivered as promised, Ashley said the king bed was on back order and would be delivered in 10 days. The second delivery was canceled by Ashley because they did not have the product. They said give us another 30 days. That third delivery was also canceled. They told us that they might have it for us in another month. At that point, we said we were going to another direction and did not want the dresser or nightstands. Ashley then informed us we were stuck with the dresser and nightstands. This is unacceptable. We don't think anyone should buy furniture from Ashley.”
