Good product but was misinformed

“We’re professional and helpful in the store and it was easy to assemble but was specifically told I would not need a box spring. Turns out you do need one so made for quite an inconvenience after bringing it home and setting it up, then not being able to use it and have somewhere to sleep until I could get a box spring.”

Waste of money and time

“Could have been a nice bedroom set but you are required to use delivery assembly. Took nearly a month for delivery and then the incompetent team did not use the nuts (hardware) and damaged the screws which damaged the bed. I reached out to Ashley but they wouldn't assist and referred me only to Fort Mill Distribution Center. They offered $30 compensation to keep "as is". "As is" can't be moved, taken apart or properly put back together. They sent a different team who informed us they typically have the same issue with this particular bed set so beware. Fort Mill Distribution sent this second team without any new items or hardware to even try to repair. They were unaware why they were even here. They used silver (not bronze) screws to try to repair. Customer service, especially "Jenny" on chatbot is unprofessional and uncaring about their customers. It was put on me as my fault for accepting delivery. So beware if you purchase this set, check every single screw with a tool before the delivery team leaves. Basically go ahead and do the job of the installation team because even though you pay them in the delivery fee it isn't done correctly and customer service doesn't care. Ashley Furniture customer service won't recognize your purchase even if you purchase from their website! Money and time was wasted big time.”
