Pitiful customer support and assembly

“Bought this through Ashley online. When we opened everything up I found several screws on the foot board that were put in to shallow and sticking out. The footboard / drawer storage will not attach to the bed rails on the hook bracket. They hit one of the mattress support bars and there is no instruction or anything with the paperwork or on the internet that shows how to correct that. Call to Ashley furniture and I got put on hold for 12 minutes and transfer to another number that then went to a main menu without any option for choosing for my problem.”
