Poor experience.

“Set was just what I imagine. Problem was with delivery. Drivers showed up 2 hours after scheduled delivery time without even calling to see if I was home. They put together the set and came down to one screw for the frame of the bed legs that was bent. They proceeded to take a pic indicating that the set was completely assembled. Which was false. My delivery date was on May 7th. Someone just showed to my house today May 13th without any notice. Automated dialer said they were 4 minutes away. Of course I was not home. Through ring he stated he was told to hand me a screw. He left it on the porch and left. This was poor customer service. I have to screw in the last screw myself just so I can place the mattress on the frame. I paid for full assembly. Disappointed.”
