“Don’t buy whatever you do! Shipped to our house damaged. The box was duct taped together so they knew when they shipped it. Huge crack through middle of footboard. They made us dispose of the damaged giant footboard without any credit for dump fees. We are over a month out and have still not received a replacement. They shipped us the wrong replacement part two weeks ago. They said the second/correct replacement part would be shipped out 5/4 and it didn’t get shipped until 5/9. Absolutely terrible experience. My poor 4 year old has been so disappointed for over a month as she waits for the last piece of her bed.”
