Do not get!

“We recently got these and are not impressed at all. The cushions slide out so easily, the arm rest squeek, pop and crack when you put your arm on them and the cushions just are not comfortable. We are trying to return or get a store credit for these and it's seems to be impossible. I would steer away from Ashley's. They sent a "tech" out to look at the arm rests even after we told them we just want to return them because even if the arm rests get fixed we are still not happy with them. The tech came out, and left and we have not heard a word back from Ashley's. I called, and they said they have no updates from the tech and would have to reach out to another department. Still waiting on a call back.”
