Terrible Fabric

“I’ve had this couch a little bit over a year and the material is terrible…the chaise has a tear right in the middle and all the seat cushions have major piling. I got a warranty and they rejected my claims for replacement seat covers. The couch would be great if they would make it with totally different fabric. I had my previous couch from Ashley for 8 years to say that this fabric is ripping and looks so terrible after a year and a couple months just tells you how bad this material is”

Poor quality material

“Worst furniture we've ever purchased! We've only had it a few months and the material is such poor quality that it has strings pulling out all over and it is pilling from use and looks like it it years old already! Cushions cannot be flipped over to extend the life of them and the lounge cushion continually slides out of place because of the type of material on the underside of the cushion. Very poor quality for the price we paid for the set.”
