Dissatisfied with the chair quality of leather that didn’t wear

“It looks great and should wear with quality was expectation. Unfortunately not the case. Within the first 2 months the ottoman material had to be replaced. They were great and efficient. 6 years later the chit back and seat are worn out. It was not a piece that holds up to mild wear let alone recommended for homes with high traffic use.”

Bad wear and tear

“My seat cushion just collapsed on the sides….if I’m sitting perfectly centered, it’s fine. But if you move, you’re heading into the abyss. It’s actually difficult to get out of once you’re stuck in it!”
