Bad Product. Even Worse Service

“Apparently, my first negative review has not made it's way into the record. So, here I go again. I ordered this set in March, received it in mid April. I noticed right away that the cushions would not stay put. So, I gave it a little while, thinking maybe there was a little break in period. Well, no. Then I used the non-slip mat typically used for under rugs as a solution. That did not work. After posting (or attempting to post) my first review, I was contacted by Ashley Customer Care on behalf of FM. A FM technician came out to inspect the issue, and agreed that this was an issue. Since then (Aug 27 because it took about 5 weeks, I believe to get a tech out), I have been back and forth with Ashley Customer Care, and crickets from FM. So, moral of the story is BUYER BEWARE THE CUSHIONS SUCK AND DO NOT STAY PUT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING!”
