“Bought this set and the cushion seams started to split open 4 months after buying . Called since there was a warranty they came out with a replacement cushion cover and it was purple (my furniture was gray). They said it was the closest color to match the furniture. I was pissed and told them to get out. Waste of money”

Not built for tall people

“I’ve had this couch now for 6+ months and I would say for an apartment for 2 they are nice to look at but the practicality of them are lacking. If you plan to sit and watch a movie be prepared for your back to hurt. I’m 6’5” and the cushions are just too short to get relaxed. I’m sure these would be nice for someone looking for a firm and inexpensive purchase but they’re not for me.”

“I love these sofas so far. They are the perfect size and the firmness is excellent. I am a little concerned that the pillows in the back will flatten out over time however there appears to be zippers on the bottom of them that you may be able to replace the cushion filling.”

Comfy but thin material

“I’ve had my couch and loveseat for about 2 months now and really enjoy sitting and taking naps on them. The cobblestone color goes great with my beige walls and currently in search of some throw pillows because the back cushions are starting to go flat where I lean on the most. So I think adding throw pillows to have most of my weight on it will help keep it’s shape. Also while fooling around on the loveseat (har har) the back corner of the lumbar cushions ripped at the seam a good 2 inches. Thankfully it’s kinda hidden but once you feel the material from the inside/out I’m not surprised it ripped. I will sew it myself once I get some grey thread. Other than that I enjoy my purchase. It’s a good starter set.”

“Weve been furniture shopping for just about 1 year now. I'm incredibly picky and just can't seem to find what's ' just right '. We downsized our home and find it's hard to fit furniture in much smaller rooms. Everything we were finding was over sized, large pillow cushions, reclining and just not our tast. We happened to go into ashley furniture and saw the Darcy set. My husband and I instantly liked it and ordered the Darcy sofa few weeks ago.
We got our delivery ( much quicker than estimated) and we both love this couch !! It's great quality, firm, firm pillows. Soft material. COMFORTABLE. We are exceptionally pleased with our purchase. Thank you Ashley furniture !!!”
