Slate, is that the color or the hardness??

“Ours was delivered yesterday and they are NOTHING like the store couches. These are rock hard. After months of looking, the store couches were perfect. These are like sitting on stone steps. You do not compress the foam at all, and I am not small!
Very disappointed. Do not buy if your store couches are soft and that is what you want.

Love/Hate This Couch

“We bought this set about a year ago and love the comfort, however we have had nothing but issues with the quality of workmanship. We initially had issues with the reclining mechanism which dropped to the side while extended. This was repaired with a lot of problems from the company. Now a year later we have additional concerns. We started to notice loose/torn stitching in a few areas which we assumed was normal wear and tear but after looking over the entire sofa have now noticed about 20 areas with the same issue on both pieces. We did purchase the warranty and are hopeful we can resolve the issue.”
