Very Gray. Like Silver.

“The sectional is decent. However when we looked at it in the store, the lighting made it look more beige. Once delivered, I was so disappointed. There is not one bit of beige at all. It's so gray, it's almost like silver. I can't get over it. It's been two months and I'm now looking for something else. I'm so sad about this. Such a waste of money. Some pictures online make it look beige, do not thing it like anything like that. If you're into gray still, then this is fine.”

Itchy Fraying fabric

“The fabric is fraying and in horrible condition. Need to buy another as the quality doesn't last, the fabric is itchy, and I hate sitting on this sofa. I have to throw blankets all over it to get somewhat comfortable and not feeling grossed out. Did like the layout and ottoman, the fabic is just terrible.”

Cheap and Won't Last

“I bought this couch in November 2022. By December, one month later, the cushions were already pilling. I had to buy a pill razor to help keep it looking somewhat nice (it doesn't help much). By February, 2023 we were purchasing inserts to help the couch from sagging. Noting no one in my house weighs over 160 lbs....
This couch is not worth any penny and I do not recommend purchasing!”

“Fabric started pilling a few months after receiving couch, only two people use it. Was told warranty doesn’t cover so I have to just live with it. Now two years in and cushions misshapen, wood frame broken. Not worth the price tag. Would not recommend.”

“I anticipated this piece to arrive after looking for a long time. The seat cushions were hard and it’s not deep enough. I can live with that. I’ve had it two months and the fabric is breaking down and has wispy fibers on it.
The size of the piece and the style are great. The textile isn’t what I thought it would be.”

Terrible quality

“Terrible fabric. Immediately started pilling not long after purchase. when I called the warranty number, which I paid extra for, I was told pilling was not covered as a warranty concern. Now couch is a couple years old and fabric is fuzzy and looks really bad. This is the worst quality couch I have ever purchased. A couch should look good for more than a few months and should last longer than 2-3 years. We are already needing to purchase new couch because of this and it won’t be an Ashley sofa.”
