Horrible Pilling within a Few Months

“This set was beautiful and comfortable when it first arrived but within a few months very noticeable pulling occurred. This brand new sofa and loveseat looked 10 years old after just a few months or normal use. We placed a claim with Ashley within the 1 year warranty period and they replaced the cushion covers. Same problem occurred within 2 months and even though the cushion covers are brand new, they deemed this problem outside the 1 year warranty and have made me go through my extended warranty (thank goodness I bought this). I am waiting to hear back. It’s embarrassing to have company over. I cannot believe that Ashley is continuing to sell this line. DO NOT BUY THIS SET, waste of money”

“We have had this couch for 6 months and it’s absolutely awful. No support you will sink into the cushions. It is pilling soo bad. The “cushions” in the back are filled with a stuffing and hold no shape. Save your money.”
