“Four stars because we don’t have the sofa yet. Karen did an acceptable job of ordering the sofa while also training someone. She is pleasant to deal with. We didn’t have high hopes for Ashley, but were pleasantly surprised to find good quality furniture there. We will certainly consider purchasing future items there and will ask for Karen.”
