“To start when we ordered these a few years ago the looked great and felt great, they still do. How ever the recliner function broke on the three-seater and when I reached out to Ashley's, they gave me the run around. I wouldn't recommend getting the insurance they offer because it doesn't help when soomehting got worng with your couches. All they did when i called to get someone out to fix my couch was send me a box of replacement parts that no one ever came to install so basically just said here you go fix it yourself. So much for having an Ashely's credit card probably won't be shopping with them again. Just to clarify the couch is pretty decent the service from Ashley's was straight trash and did absolutely nothing to help.”
