Horrible couch that has caused spine problems

“We purchased this set as a floor model unfortunately which is i believe the issue at hand with the quality. The store sold me an extended warranty but I was told nothing is covered because it was a floor model... AFTER WE TOOK IT HOME. It's been a mess since day one, with emails, calls, repairs etc. New base, all new cushions and no matter what, this one is literally killing my back. I have now spent over $1200 in medical bills for my back and hips to keep getting them aligned and fixed since this is my only place to sit in my house. I have always purchased Ashley but this couch and my experience had destroyed my faith in them. One customer service rep was amazing, she did everything she could but that unfortunately doesn't fix the couch I'm stuck with.”
