“Bought couch and the loveseat roughly 2 years ago in 2023. Thank God I bought the extended warranty however that is not worth a dang anyway.”

Terrible Material

“Purchased the sofa and chair and a half literally 1 year ago. My husband was concerned about the material creating little fuzzy balls because his friends had that problem.
The sales woman swore up and down that the material they use now is tested and doesn’t wear as such. They also sold us on the warranty which doesn’t cover “normal wear and tear,” this is not normal wear and tear.
Cushions are sunken in, material didn’t even last 4 months. After getting the cushion replaced for a broken zipper, the difference makes my living room seating look old and ragged.
First big purchase for nice furniture and it didn’t even last a year. Very disappointed.”

Beautiful but Wears Down Easily

“I purchased this set at the beginning of the COVID lockdown. It is a beautiful set, but wears down quickly! As a matter of fact, it was only a few months and the cushions are indented, the frame feels unsteady and the couch sinks in entirely too much. My husband and I both have full-time jobs where we work very long hours, we don't sit on the furniture for very long or for extended periods of time as we are always doing something outside or around the house (when we are not working). I called Ashley during the warranty period, they had someone come out and take a look (around 9 months of ownership) and they said it was normal wear and tear. In my opinion, the couches should not wear so quickly. Beware if you are looking for a long term investment.”

Not worth it

“After about a year of having this set the cushions were very worn down and indented. The sofa wasn't use very often and this still happened, be mindful of this if you're considering this set.”
