“This couch is everything i was looking for! It is so beautiful and so comfortable. I wanted something that looked nice but was also practical for every day use with a family and this checked all of the boxes. The ottoman was way too big for our space so we purchased a smaller ottoman from another set with the same fabric and it works great!”

“This couch is everything we could hope for. It looks so much better in person than it does in the store or online. It is also grey in natural or bright white lights. It is huge, soft and comfy. I'm glad we took a chance on this couch!”

“Absolutely love it HOWEVER, if you are wanting to separate the pieces at any point, this is not your sofa. The sides are not covered and separating them shows such an eyesore. So disappointing as I thought I was also purchasing a versatile set that allowed for some options . :(”

Comfortable and easy to clean!

“Great sectional! Tried it out at Ashley furniture store and loved how comfortable it is. I will say it comes with ALOT of pillows, so much I had to take some away and put in my storage closet. I receive so many compliments, so much so that I even have had 3 other friends purchase it for their homes as well. I have this sectional for about 3 years now and it's hold well, easy to clean, and still very much soft. I like how it's not too white but not too gray a good cream colored balance.”

“Loved this at first as it was super comfortable and big. Have had this for 2 years and it didn’t take long and the cushions started collapsing making it uncomfortable. I frequently flip them and there is just two of us. Very disappointed ☹️”

“The couch was nice at first, but the firmness of the cushions does not hold. My husband has a favorite spot at one of the ends near the arm rest and it sags. He is very thin, so I am sure it is not weight related. The pillows are nice, but I think there are too many and the fiber filling clumps together inside after a while. This may work for a sitting for a sitting room that is lightly used. If you have young kids, I would pass on this one as you'll fight every day to keep it clean.”

“We were in need of a sectional and the one I ordered from Costco was abruptly cancelled. So I went to several furniture stores and I loved the Rawcliffe Sectional. Let me say I was hesitant to buy this sofa because Ashley furniture has terribly poor reviews for their furniture. However, we love this sofa and ottoman. It is huge and WE LOVE IT!! I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Thursday as promised. I have no complaints. BUY THIS SOFA!!!”

“Had it for a year and it already creeks and groans. If you have animals that are allowed on the couch this is not the one for you. The back cushions are loose and quite soft so they loose shape easily and quickly. For $2500 I expect better”

“Do not buy these couches ! Ottoman wore down within 2 months of me purchasing the couches. Cushions wear even with constantly flipping the seats to prevent wear. I purchased Ashley's extended warranty only to be scammed. There is no such thing of extended warranty. Claims have been denied due to extended warranty loop holes and manufacture will deny to assist after purchase and refer you to their scam of an extended warranty. Couches are not made to last and for the price, these couches should of held up at least 2 years. You're lucky if you get 6 months-1 year.”

Don't buy if you plan to sit on it

“Loved this.....however in less the 4 years the cushions are flat , family struggles to get up because it's like sitting on the floor, the wood creeks now, and the pillows clump and are more like balls now. I searched for so long for this beautiful couch I LOVED IT, until the cushions did not hold up after a very short time and we have tried everything to replump them. The couch looks 30 years old because of the cushions. This was too expensive to have this issue so soon. Check the low rated reviews.”
