“Received, open the box, mirror was smashed. Called customer service, took information, said I would hear back in 24-48 hours. After 5 days, no reponse, called and was told would get a call back the next day - nothing. Sitting in my garage and now find same mirror available from Walmart for $60 less. Poor customer service, and we have been a loyal Ashley customer for years. How times have changed, Hoping they will respond at some point and get this out of my garage as it is an large package.”
