“Honestly, I am disappointed with the purchase mostly because of color. I've seen this clock in the Ashly store, and then I ordered it online. I like the color of the wooden plank how it looks in a store and in the picture. However, when the clock has arrived, it appears that the color of a wooden plank is so dark and far from the color in the picture that clock arrows are barely recognizable on its background. It’s nice to use this wall clock as an art piece, but it doesn't quite match the color of my live-edged bed as I expected before, and it also can't be used for displaying time. One more note, clockwork is pretty loud. This doesn't matter for my husband but does for me.”

“Bought this clock back in July, it arrived damaged so no biggie I reached out to Ashley to return it, and get a replacement ordered. Its now October and I still don't have a replacement for my damaged clock. I have spent countless hours speaking and chatting with Ashley furniture's customer service and I am highly disappointed in the service. I first spoke to "Villacastin, Jeannica (Contractor)" JVillacastin@<a href="http://Ashleyfurniture.com" target="_blank">Ashleyfurniture.com</a> who became rather excellent at not replying to my emails and concerns, sent all damaged photo's she requested, she let me know my new clock would arrive with in days. NOPE... Spoke to a Christian, which there's NOTHING Christian about this one.. VERY rude and stated that a replacement would arrive October 4... almost 3 months after I had initially purchased the clock. Did it arrive.. NOPE.. Spoke to a Raniela she said they could give me a tentative ship date of Oct 11th, but that would depend on if a truck was available. I wasn't going to wait another 3 months for a clock and ultimately decided to get a refund. If you've received this clock in good working shape, I'm jealous and envy you. I now am looking for another place for a fabulous clock. I'm exhausted with Ashley's customer service and wont be back after this shit show.”
