“This is a nice mirror! BUT DO NOT order online. Out of thee 3 I ordered 2 were smashed to pieces in shipment! Ashley only wanted to reimburse me for one because I did open the box within 30 days.
I tried many times to delay the shipping of the order because I was out of town for a month but getting any results was totally impossible.
Ashley does not have good customer service. Most of the time you get a chatbot.”

“This mirror will bow and make you look short and fat. I thought I had gotten a defective product so I exchanged it for another one. The new one I exchanged it for bowed within months. A mirror has one job and it's to be flattering. This is not it. Save yourself the $500. You can get more for less.”

“This floor mirror is great! It’s the only heavy sturdy floor mirror I could find at Ashley. Made of solid wood and metal, it doesn’t have the lighter plastic framing. The rich walnut color matches our bedroom furniture perfectly. Was simple to mount to the wall with drywall anchors and rounded screws.”

“This is really a quality beautiful heavy mirror. It comes ready to hang vertically only. We had to make a replicate of the wood block hook in order to hang horizontally. Took hours to buy cut glue screw and attach hook in order to hang horizontally.”

“It's a beautiful mirror but it is too heavy for the small screws they use to secure it to the flimsy frame. Mine fell apart after only 6 months and crashed to the floor. It was on the floor leaning up against the wall, not hung up. This mirror is dangerous! They sent me another one and this time I'm going to secure it to the wall.”
