“Awesome design! 4 star due to some of the glass having bubbles BUT you can't even see them once installed and can hide any larger ones with the candle in front of them. I used bear organics all natural dye free unscented soy wax 2.25 x 7 inch pillar candles. Sconce instructions say 3 inch tall max to burn them, I'm using for decorative use only. Easy to install by tilting wooden pieces to slide the glass globe in. To protect glass when installing with candle: I placed the candle inside the plasic sleeve from the packaging covering the glass globe then loosely twisted the plastic starting from the wick on up so it could be inserted inside the glass globe easily. Next I placed the wrapped candle inside the globe laying down, then held the bottom of the globe and candle palm up as I placed the glass in the sconce. Then set it upright (wooden pieces straightened), pulled the plastic out from around the candle, put the sconce on the wall, then lifted the top of the glass globe with one hand to adjust the candle to the center if needed with the other hand. Easy peasy.”

“Happy with the look of the sconces but expected a little better quality. Didn't want to go to the trouble to get a replacement sent. One of the glass pieces had some etching in it, the metal frame on one was crooked and so was one of the wood pieces. It also said there were plastic washers but neither box had any. Apparently, no hardware is included either, not sure if that was mentioned in the description.”

“Looks great and easy to hang. Upper wood support swings back to allow the glass globe to position. A little tricky to get a tall candle in it but I managed to do so without scraping the candle by positioning the candle and the glass globe at the same time. Started to give it 4 stars because they were delivered in front of the garage of all places in the rain. Not even under the eaves. Glad everything packaged was carefully wrapped in plastic with foam supports to avoid damage.”

“I love the look of these. Assembling is ridiculous. The wood isn't big enough for the glass. One was assembled without shattering but still tricky to get in. Once assembled I thought it was dirty, but nope lines of not just bubbles but gouges inside the candle holder. Customer service was wonderful and sent a replacement for the one was shattered. But the product just needs to be made better. If the next one breaks they will both go back. I am highly disappointed in this purchase with the quality and assembly.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would. These took FORVER to get, when I contacted Ashley for the tracking info they couldn’t tell me where they were. When I did finally get them BOTH OF THEM WERE BROKEN AND THE GLASS WAS SHATTERED. Trying to get a refund was a week long process. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again, terrible customer service!!”
