Worst Delivery Service Ever

“Ashley needs to figure out its delivery service. First day it was supposed to be delivered (took a PTO day to be able to receive it) and they never showed up, I had to reach out and after I waited all day for the item and they said it would have to be rescheduled because the item wasn’t ready for delivery. Second delivery day (had to take another PTO day) the delivery driver drove off without delivering the item. I had to call support, who said they couldn’t reach out to the driver, I ended up driving after the truck and waiting for them to come back down to tell them they needed to deliver my items. Worst experience ever and never will use Ashley in the future.”

Never ever going back to Ashley because they are not worthy of their word.

“I like the picture but Ashley’s customer and delivery service sucks. I was told by the rep that there’s white glove delivery so I ordered the wall art and paid for white glove delivery which they were supposed come and mount it to my wall . It never happened. When the delivery come they just left it and went away I paid so much and when I called customer service they said there’s no such thing white glove delivery for a wall art. Now what would you think of that answer from the rep. I was very disappointed to hear one rep say they have white glove delivery and the other say no there’ isn’t one. This makes me think about never ever going back to Ashley again. I will choose a different furniture store rather than going back to Ashley.”
