Sad they weren't able to deliver without damage

“I got this item shipped twice; the glass was broken with both shipments. They did refund me the money, but I was so disappointed, I really liked these and wanted them. I blame the company that sent them, the shipper not Ashely, they need to cushion the item better. It is all glass, and they should know better. I called to try to buy the in store, but they are only available online. So sad, I saw them at a home model I went to see in Pittsburg, CA and fell in love with them. They really are beautiful.”

Broken Glass

“Sadly, the package arrived on the doorstep upside down and with dents in the box. Could hear broken glass just with moving the box indoors. Opened the top, removed the packing, and saw glass was broken with loose pieces. Did not remove pictures from box for fear of getting glass on floor or cut hand. Will be returning.”
