“Canvas is nice but customer service and return policy was horrible. I'm sorry but after 72 hr return window is not enough time for your customer to decide it fits or looks OK. Unfortunately for us, package was delivered during our travel time, by the time we were able to decide if the Canvas was going to work out, it was too late to return. Now we're stuck with a big purchase and not able to use.”

“It was frustrating that the painting took almost 8 weeks to be delivered and was delayed twice. Also, the canvas is not pulled tightly and it has wrinkles in the painting because of it. It is loose on the frame. After waiting 8 weeks, I was not about to send it back and wait another 8 weeks. I have just accepted the loss.”
