“The built-in looks good in our 96 inch space. We spoke to your customer service and told them we could not make use of the 34.5 inch shelves in the space we had. We also have an insufficient number of 24 inch shelves. They promised to send us additional 24 inch shelves. I assume that the material sent is based on 120 inches, and therefore this is typical?”

“The product didn’t come with all of the pieces, and Ashley furniture.com is giving me a hard time about returning the product. They also didn’t sent me multiple colors. It’s easy to make a purchase and hard to return the product when they make a mistake.”

“I placed my order online on October 9, 2025. I was sent an email stating that my merchandise would be shipped out on October 13th. So I cleared out everything from my very small bedroom and put it in my living room. I was pretty sure all would be completed by October 26th, my birthday. However that didn’t happen. I was never sent a text about when the pieces to my closet would arrive. On October 18th - 21st I received one box each day. My closet is only three quarters complete because I am still waiting for the rest of the pieces to arrive. After calling the Ashley customer service line, at least four times, I finally got through to speak with someone. They took a report and said they’d get back to
me in 7 to 10 days, both times! I’ve been living in total chaos since. I am very disappointed with Ashley. I have no idea when the rest of my closet will arrive. They may have a good product but their delivery service has much to be desired. I don’t like to be negative but it really feels like I am all alone on this. No one from the company has reached to me via text or email to let me know when the rest of my closet will arrive.”
