Poor packaging for shipping, poor support,

“I ordered this along with two 25" kits, boxes arrived on 2 separate days, I had no idea if I received everything, 12 boxes and they are poorly labeled with brief description. It says right on the website to make sure all boxes arrived before starting. I called customer service and that was such a joke, I could not get an answer to how many boxes I was supposed to get, I had to ask for a manager then I hung up after being told that the manager is too busy right now.
Installing I found multiple pieces damaged from shipping including one of the drawers. Instead of dealing with poor customer service I repaired what I could.
Reinforce your boxes for safer shipping and label things a little better with box 1 of 9 and so on. The boxes are not thick enough for getting shipped.
Instructions for putting the drawers together are not included, have to scan a QR code to see them, just put hard copies with the damn thing.”

Excellent closet insert for the price.

“I've been looking around for a closet insert for a while now. I finally found the one I loved. It took me about a day to install it. READ the instructions 2 or 3 times before you begin. Inventory all the parts and then start.
I had to do some custom cutting to make this work, but it's very easy to do with the right tools.
I'm an amateur doing this kind of work. If I had to do another one, it would probably take me 4-5 hours to do it.
I'm VERY happy with the build quality, fit and finish of the materials. If I ever need another one, I will go with this again!”

“Love this system! The only negative thing I have to say is when it says “adjustable” it’s not simply adjustable, you do have to cut to fit. That being said it fits amazing and we love it.”

“it could'nt have been worse. we did not get all of the parts or complete assembly instructions and have spent two weeks trying to get the rest of the partswhile my wife's clothes lie on the floor. Do not order online from Ashley. Terrible customer service.”
