The worst experience. Ashley never again

“I was not informed of the delivery date. The product arrived at my residence with no instructions. I kept calling customer service asking for instructions, the day before the technician came to my house to install the closet, I received and email from Ashley with several instructions. None of the instructions provided corresponded to any of the purchase product. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Now I requested a complete refund for all closet units that I ordered. All the staff could do was apologize, but nobody fix the problem.”

“I liked the layout of the systems and the adaptability of the systems to our walk-in-closet. I put up one for myself and a second one on the opposite wall for my wife in a mirror image.
We are very pleased with the units, the construction and the ease of assembly. My one complaint would be with the instructions for assembly - they are very poor and I am a retired Mechanical Engineer. I finally figured it out and the assembly went well but the instructions need some help.”
