“Purchased both the 96" and 25" systems for our closet and they turned out very nice. Instructions are in need of some revisions as trying to figure out what they are trying to say was the biggest challenge and time-killer. Once we figured out what we needed to do it was easy.”

Installation nightmare, horrible instructions

“Worst self-assembly product I’ve ever purchased. The few instructions that were included were inaccurate, the templates for drilling holes were off enough to cause issues, and most of the instructions were missing completely. The final straw was that the last piece (the small drawer) was delivered broken. I have 30 years of experience with similar product assemblies, so I was able to overcome most of the issues, but I could not in good conscience recommend this product.”

Functional Closet Dresser Drawer Solution

“Overall quality. Some of the laminate on the shelf edges is tentative, but should be fine if the shelves aren't adjusted too often. The drawer installation instructions are not correct in terms of which holes to use to install the glide hardware. In my case I had one 4" deep & three deep 8" drawers. The instructions don't show the placement of the 4" drawer. I like that the drawer tower negates the need for a separate chest of drawers. Thankfully I had someone helping me who had experience with drawer installation and knew how to adjust the glider screws to get them to hang straight and level without banging into each other. It takes a few tries of opening and force closing the drawers to get them loosened up and working properly. It took 6 hours to complete, with 2 people. We used a miter saw, an oscillating saw, and a hacksaw to cut down the top shelves, hanging cleat and clothes hanger rods. Start fresh in the morning and get your tools ready.”

“I bought two of these and assembled all the drawers after unpacking everything. It was easy to do but the instructions were a little lacking. On line videos were helpful to the instructions. Overall excellent organizer for both sides of the walk-in closet. After the drawers were assembled and slides installed it took me about an hour to get the first one up and only 15 minutes for the second one. I did both by myself. This product really helped our closet and provided so much more space. Awesome!”

“The shipment did not arrive complete. I’m dealing with third party vendors so it’s very unclear who I should actually contact. I finally get the missing 4 boxes and 2 of them have been severely damaged in shipping so the contents are no good. This is clearly due to the improper packaging choices of the vendor. I’ve sent an email to the Stow Company who I guess actually makes what I bought but they haven’t responded about this recent problem. I wish I could take back the purchase and start over somewhere else but half of the closets are already installed so I’m stuck giving people money who literally don’t deliver what they advertise.”
