Sent the wrong color

“I ordered four of the EasyFit closet system; the 48-96 closet system with the Tower; the 48-96 Basic Hanging closet; the Corner Kit; and the 36-60 Deluxe Closet System. All were supposed to be the Weathered Gray. For this piece, the 48-96 Basic Hanging Closet system, they sent a white set. This was not noted until my contractor hung up the system. I gave him a picture of each set and informed him where I wanted each one to be placed in my wall-in-closet. Well, one of the kits was missing some of the pieces; I am waiting for Ashley to respond to this. To my surprise, he hung this set which is White; I asked him to take it down. I am now waiting for Ashley to correct this, which they stated, they wanted me to send this back, which I will. I am now waiting for a return label from Ashley. Guess what, when and if the correct item is sent, I will have to pay the contractor again to assemble and install this in my closet. After dealing with this, my husband stated to leave his closet alone; he stated he is content with the builder ''s-grade wired rack system.”

Not good quality, ripped out of the wall

“My husband and I purchased this closet system on 11/11/2022 and it just completely fell apart and ripped our dry wall. One of the bars that mounts the closet system to the wall bent in half and the whole system came crashing down and we barely had anything in the closet as it is in our guest room and is hardly used.”

“This closet system is extremely well made. I ordered three different units to complete my large walk-in. They arrived well packaged with just one small scratch in one of the panels, so small that I elected not to have it replaced. It was very easy to install and quite flexible to the extent that it appears to be a custom closet. Because it hangs on the wall s, and the floor is clear, it makes the closer appear neat, polished and we'll organized. My neighbor stated she thought it looked like something out of a magazine. And I agree. The only issue I would note is that I wish a way to order more drawers separate from what's available on the website was available. Other than that, I absolutely love my new closet!”

“Good product. Bought two of these closet systems. This one for my spare room ended up being too long because I measured incorrectly. But with a little brain power and a saw I found a great way to make it fit and maximize storage space. I love that the poles are adjustable in height. One vertical board ended up being cracked but I have no doubt t that ashley will send a replacement.”
