Waiting for Ashley to do the right thing

“The wrong color was sent. I called immediately customer service to schedule this to be picked up and have a new one expedited. Still no feedback on my solution for their mistake. I was told a new one cannon be shipped until they collect the old, still waiting feedback. Very frustrated customer will probably be my last purchase if this is not made right quickly!”

“There is an error in your listing. I have not received this item. 2 deliveries to date and I’ve had to submit multiple photos of the wrong item, twice. Also, set out for FedEx pick up, twice! Then received a message from customer service rep saying they found the listing error, the color. Nope, I received a vinyl record storage stand, not 2 side tables! In the meantime, Ashley furniture has my money and no end in sight!”
