Wood Finish Beautiful / Build Hardware - Terrible

“First, I was skeptical of purchaing and item which is online only, sight unseen but upon arrival the box was neat and tidy and when opened I found the table wood pieces nicely finished and looked foward to the addition to our living room. So we went on with assembly and that is where the trouble began, the hardware provided is horrible and not up to par with the furniture finish. They use cam lock with cam bolts to be screwed into the wood which is actually particle board. The threads are not deep enough and they are too short, perhaps 3/8 long to secure into the misc pieces. If that isn't bad enough the cam locks are so weak they are unable to pull the pieces together bend, breakl or just pull the cam bolts back out of the wood. The resulting product was unfit for service and was distorted with gaps.
I am a carpenter by trade so I am well aware of how to put something like this together. As a result I had to use clamps and glue overnight to resolve the build issues. End result OK”
