Not the happieat

“The table is beautiful, however it came with damage to the side, and a long scratch the top of surface, and one of the legs was missing its protective glide.
I contacted Ashley, which was sent to another department which emails you about options.
The options, however we're not the best. A return, which my vehicle could not transport, a partial refund $50.00 of the $398.00 plus tax table, which would prevent a leg glide ( that screws in to a preset thread, so it has to he that exact glide to be sent, and the partial refund would cancel the year warranty.
So reluctantly went with missing glide to be replaced, and using a table runner to cover the very long scratch on top, and scratches on side.
I love Ashley, but this was less than satisfactory solution.”

Wish I had the table I paid for.

“You keep asking me about the table and I still haven’t received it. The first one came busted by Fed Ex. It took over a week to get another one coming. I asked that it not be sent by Fed Ex because they are horrible in our area, but it is in transit through Fed Ex-again.
Not happy with Ashley’s service.”
