“Do not waste your money with Ashely. Absolutely terrible customer service. Spent over a month attempting to do an exchange as the coffee table we purchased was too large for our space. Countless text conversations, with a bot I would assume, endless phone calls/ emails. Was eventually directed to go to the store to finalize the exchange. When we arrived at the store we were told they couldn’t help us. I should also note that the store front employees were extremely rude. We ended up leaving the table at the store and drove away with a big middle finger sticking out the window. Zero help from anyone. Trust me, steer clear from these morons.”

“I love the coffee table, however I’d love it a lot more if it didn’t arrive damaged for the second time. Don’t waste your time or money if they don’t do a better job with their packing, shipping and how long it takes their customer service to resolve the issue that’s not truly resolved since they just ship another damaged item.”
