VERY DIFFICULT AND PRICEY RETURNS

“THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ASHLEY! Be aware of buying large items online as they make it very painful to return them. Not only you have to email a bunch of photos to them using 360 degrees view(!), you also have to send the unwanted item back via UPS or FedEx at your own cost. And it’s very expensive. I paid over $400 for the bench and over $200 to send it back. I lost 50% of what I paid for no reason! This is a robbery! I just thought in our digital era, when shopping online has become an inevitable part of our life, store with big names like Ashley should make it easy and budget/logistics friendly to return items if they didn’t work out in the room. Like Amazon does! What a huge mistake it was to put my trust in this company! It was my first time buying from Ashley and I will shop there again!”
