Disappointed in broken board upon arrival

“A board was broke when we received it. We did not want to go through the hassle of returning it so my husband glued it and found matching paint so the glued area is not visible .”

“The cabinet is lovely, I originally bought 2. They arrived broken. They replaced the cabinets and the new ones arrived broken again. The packing needs to be better as they are heavy pieces.”

Item was delivered damaged and they won’t take it back

“We liked the cabinet however it came damaged. When we asked about a discount or returning the item we were told that because it was an online order they didn’t accept damaged items back (although it was delivered damaged) and then they only offered 10% back to us. We are not satisfied customers however we now feel stuck with this damaged item. I would not recommend ordering an online product from Ashley, because if it arrived damaged you’re basically stuck with it.”
