“I love the style and comfort of this chair. The pattern was brighter/darker than pictured.
My one complaint is that it was delivered by FedEx instead of Ashley Furniture. Fedex only delivers to the community building in our park. Which then I had to get someone with a truck to take it to my home.”

“I love the chair; however I did experience a couple of problems with delivery:
1) I was told the day it was to be delivered but it did not come. I was not notified as to a new delivery time.
2) the chair did end up arriving the next day. It was delivered and I was not notified that it had arrived. It was left outside our building rather than inside.”

“No stars. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. A chair like this should not be online. Only you should be offering installation and assembly for extra cost. You have lots of single people moving into apartments who are women and don’t have men around who can put stuff together for them. Furthermore, FedEx left the chair in my apartment mail room and I had to pay somebody to put it on a cart and bring it up to my apartment, which by the way has elevators and could have been left in front of my door. I do not recommend this item for sale online And I will most likely not shop at Ashley ever again.”

I've called customer service several times to get this return completed and still do not have a return label.. I don't understand why it's so complicated to get a return label for these 2 chairs!!”

No assembly needed, I just unwrapped it and added it to my room. It is extremely comfortable, the colors are vivid and it was on sale! I would recommend this chair to anyone without hesitation.
